1. المقدمة
تصف سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية قيام NebVault ("نحن"، "لنا"، "الشركة") بجمع معلوماتك الشخصية واستخدامها ومشاركتها وحمايتها عند استخدامك لتطبيق NebVault وموقعه الإلكتروني والخدمات ذات الصلة ("الخدمات"). باستخدامك لخدماتنا، فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضحة في هذه السياسة.
2. التعريفات
- صاحب الحساب: المستخدم الذي أنشأ حساباً على NebVault وهو المسؤول الوحيد عن بيانات الأصول المُدخلة.
- الأحباء (المستفيدون): الأشخاص الذين يعيّنهم صاحب الحساب للوصول إلى "الإرث الممنوح" وفق شروط نظام الإرث.
- الإرث الممنوح: نسخة للقراءة فقط من أصول صاحب الحساب تُمنح للأحباء عند تفعّل نظام الإرث — ولا تعني الملكية المشتركة أو نقل الملكية بأي شكل.
- نظام الإرث: ميزة NebVault التي تُتيح لصاحب الحساب تحديد فترة غياب، وبعدها يمكن للأحباء الاطلاع على الإرث الممنوح.
- مساعد الإرث: أداة مدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي تساعد في إعداد نظام الإرث، وتعمل بناءً على المعلومات التي يُدخلها صاحب الحساب فقط.
3. المعلومات التي نجمعها
3.1 معلومات الحساب
- الاسم الكامل، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف، وكلمة المرور (مشفّرة)
- بيانات تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple أو Google (إذا اخترت ذلك)
- صورة الملف الشخصي (اختيارية)
3.2 بيانات الأصول
- الأصول وقيمها وتفاصيلها التي تُدخلها يدوياً
- الصور والملفات التي ترفعها كدليل على الأصول
- بيانات المستفيدين وإعدادات نظام الإرث
3.3 بيانات الاستخدام
- سجلات الدخول وبيانات الجلسات
- بيانات الجهاز ونظام التشغيل
- إحصائيات الاستخدام العامة (مجهولة الهوية)
4. كيف نستخدم معلوماتك
- تشغيل الخدمات وتحسينها
- تحديث أسعار الأصول تلقائياً (للفئات المدعومة)
- إرسال الإشعارات والتذكيرات المتعلقة بحسابك
- معالجة الاشتراكات والمدفوعات
- الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية
- تطوير المنتج وتحليل الأداء (بيانات مجمّعة ومجهولة الهوية)
5. ملكية المعلومات ومسؤولية المستخدم
تظل جميع بيانات الأصول التي تُدخلها ملكاً لك. أنت المسؤول الوحيد عن دقة هذه البيانات وصحتها. لا تتحقق NebVault من صحة أي معلومات تُدخلها ولا تتحمل مسؤولية أي قرارات تُتخذ بناءً عليها.
6. الحساب والمصادقة
أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك. في حال الاشتباه بأي وصول غير مصرح به، يرجى التواصل معنا فوراً على support@nebvault.com.
7. حذف الحساب وإعادة تعيين البيانات
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت من داخل التطبيق. عند الحذف، يتم إخفاء هوية بياناتك الشخصية (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، الهاتف) وحذف أصولك وجهات الاتصال المرتبطة بنظام الإرث. تُحتفظ ببعض البيانات الإجمالية المجهولة الهوية لأغراض تحسين المنتج. كما يمكنك إعادة تعيين بيانات قبو الأصول دون حذف الحساب بالكامل.
8. مشاركة معلوماتك
لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية أبداً. قد نشارك بيانات محدودة مع:
- مزودي الخدمات الضروريين لتشغيل المنصة (استضافة، بريد إلكتروني، بيانات السوق)
- الجهات التنظيمية عند الضرورة القانونية
- الأحباء المعيَّنين وفق إعدادات نظام الإرث التي حددتها
9. الأمان
نطبق معايير أمنية صناعية تشمل التشفير أثناء النقل وتجزئة كلمات المرور وضوابط الوصول الإداري. ومع ذلك، لا يمكن ضمان الأمان المطلق لأي نظام رقمي. إذا اكتشفت أي ثغرة أمنية، يرجى الإبلاغ عنها على support@nebvault.com.
10. الذكاء الاصطناعي
يستخدم مساعد الإرث الذكاء الاصطناعي لمساعدتك في إعداد نظام الإرث بناءً على المعلومات التي تُدخلها. لا يعطي المساعد نصائح قانونية أو مالية، ولا تضمن NebVault دقة مخرجاته.
11. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط. بعد الحذف، قد تبقى بعض البيانات في النسخ الاحتياطية لفترة محدودة قبل الحذف النهائي.
12. الاشتراكات والفوترة
تُعالَج المدفوعات عبر مزودي دفع آمنين. لا نخزن بيانات بطاقتك الائتمانية. تفاصيل الأسعار والباقات متاحة في التطبيق وعلى موقعنا.
13. نظام الإرث والأحباء (المستفيدون)
يُتيح نظام الإرث لصاحب الحساب تعيين أحباء يتلقون نسخة للقراءة فقط من بيانات الأصول بعد انتهاء فترة الغياب المحددة. يُشار إلى هذه النسخة بـ"الإرث الممنوح" ولا تعني نقل الملكية القانونية بأي شكل. NebVault ليست وصيّاً قانونياً ولا تقديم استشارات في الميراث أو التوريث.
⚠ نظام الإرث في NebVault أداة تنظيمية لتسهيل الوصول للمعلومات فقط — ولا يُعدّ بديلاً عن الوصية القانونية أو لوائح التوارث المعمول بها في بلدك.
14. خصوصية الأطفال
خدماتنا غير موجهة لمن هم دون 18 عاماً. إذا علمنا بجمع بيانات من قاصر، سنحذفها فوراً.
15. حقوقك
يحق لك الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو طلب نقلها. لممارسة هذه الحقوق، تواصل معنا على support@nebvault.com.

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how NebVault ("we," "us," "the Company") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use the NebVault app, website, and related services ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
2. Definitions
- Account Owner: The user who created a NebVault account and is solely responsible for the asset data entered.
- Loved Ones (Beneficiaries): Persons designated by the Account Owner to access the Shared Legacy under the Legacy System terms.
- Shared Legacy: A read-only copy of the Account Owner's assets granted to Loved Ones when the Legacy System activates — it does not imply joint ownership or any transfer of legal title.
- Legacy System: The NebVault feature allowing Account Owners to set an inactivity period, after which Loved Ones may view the Shared Legacy.
- Legacy Assistant: An AI-powered tool that helps configure the Legacy System, operating solely on information provided by the Account Owner.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Account Information
- Full name, email address, phone number, and password (encrypted)
- Apple or Google sign-in credentials (if chosen)
- Profile picture (optional)
3.2 Asset Data
- Assets, values, and details you enter manually
- Photos and files uploaded as asset documentation
- Beneficiary data and Legacy System settings
3.3 Usage Data
- Login records and session data
- Device type and operating system
- General usage statistics (anonymized)
4. How We Use Your Information
- Operate and improve the Services
- Automatically update asset prices (for supported categories)
- Send notifications and reminders related to your account
- Process subscriptions and payments
- Comply with legal requirements
- Product development and performance analysis (aggregated, anonymized data)
5. Ownership of Information & User Responsibility
All asset data you enter remains yours. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that data. NebVault does not verify any information you enter and accepts no liability for decisions made based on it.
6. Account & Authentication
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at support@nebvault.com.
7. Account Deletion & Data Reset
You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon deletion, your personal identifiers (name, email, phone) are anonymized and your assets and Legacy contacts are deleted. Some aggregated anonymized data may be retained for product improvement purposes. You may also reset your vault data without deleting your account entirely.
8. Sharing Your Information
We never sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:
- Service providers necessary to operate the platform (hosting, email, market data)
- Regulatory authorities when legally required
- Designated Loved Ones according to your Legacy System settings
9. Security
We apply industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit, password hashing, and administrative access controls. However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security. If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to support@nebvault.com.
10. Artificial Intelligence
The Legacy Assistant uses AI to help you configure the Legacy System based on information you provide. The Assistant does not provide legal or financial advice, and NebVault does not guarantee the accuracy of its outputs.
11. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After deletion, some data may remain in backups for a limited period before permanent removal.
12. Subscriptions & Billing
Payments are processed through secure payment providers. We do not store your credit card details. Pricing and plan details are available in the app and on our website.
13. Legacy System & Loved Ones (Beneficiaries)
The Legacy System allows Account Owners to designate Loved Ones who receive a read-only copy of asset data after the specified inactivity period. This is referred to as the "Shared Legacy" and does not constitute a legal transfer of ownership. NebVault is not a legal fiduciary and does not provide inheritance or estate planning advice.
⚠ NebVault's Legacy System is an organizational tool to facilitate access to information only — it does not replace a legal will or the inheritance regulations applicable in your country.
14. Children's Privacy
Our Services are not directed to persons under 18. If we become aware of data collected from a minor, we will delete it immediately.
15. Your Privacy Rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or request portability of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@nebvault.com.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice.
