Delete your NebVault account
You can delete your NebVault account and its data at any time, from the app or right here on this page. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
In the NebVault app
- Open the NebVault app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Security.
- Tap Delete account and follow the steps. We'll email you a code to confirm.

We've sent a confirmation to your email. Thank you for being part of NebVault.
What gets deleted
- Your account details: name, email, mobile number and profile photo.
- Everything in your vault: investments, assets, savings and their documents and photos.
- Your Trusted Ones and legacy settings.
- Your notifications, events and sign-in sessions.
What we keep, and for how long
- Deletion happens immediately once you confirm.
- We keep only an anonymized record without your name, email or any other personal information, used for overall app statistics. It can't be linked back to you.
