1. المقدمة والقبول
باستخدامك لتطبيق NebVault أو موقعه الإلكتروني أو أي من خدماته، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام الخدمات.
2. التعريفات
تحمل المصطلحات المستخدمة في هذه الشروط نفس المعاني الواردة في سياسة الخصوصية، بما فيها: صاحب الحساب، الأحباء (المستفيدون)، الإرث الممنوح، نظام الإرث، ومساعد الإرث.
3. الأهلية
يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً أو أكثر لاستخدام الخدمات. باستخدامك للخدمات، فإنك تؤكد استيفاءك لهذا الشرط.
4. تسجيل الحساب والأمان
أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات حسابك وعن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم من خلاله. يجب إخطارنا فوراً بأي استخدام غير مصرح به على support@nebvault.com.
5. الاشتراكات والفوترة
- تتوفر خطة مجانية بحد أقصى 15 سجلاً.
- تتوفر خطة Premium بـ 49 جنيه مصري شهرياً أو 399 جنيه سنوياً.
- تُجدَّد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم تُلغَ قبل تاريخ التجديد.
- لا تُستردّ المبالغ المدفوعة عن الفترات المنقضية إلا في الحالات التي يستوجبها القانون.
- تحتفظ NebVault بحق تعديل الأسعار مع إشعار مسبق.
6. الاستخدام المقبول
توافق على عدم استخدام الخدمات بأي طريقة غير مشروعة أو ضارة، بما في ذلك:
- انتهاك أي قوانين أو لوائح سارية
- نشر محتوى مضلل أو احتيالي
- محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمتنا
- إعاقة سير الخدمات أو تعطيلها
7. محتواك وملكيتك
تظل جميع البيانات والأصول التي تُدخلها ملكاً لك. بإدخالك هذه البيانات، فإنك تمنح NebVault ترخيصاً محدوداً لمعالجتها بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمات. أنت تتحمل وحدك مسؤولية دقة هذه البيانات.
8. الملكية الفكرية لـ NebVault
تمتلك NebVault جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية المتعلقة بالتطبيق والموقع والخدمات، بما في ذلك الشعارات والتصميمات والكود البرمجي. لا يُجيز لك استخدام الخدمات نسخ هذه العناصر أو توزيعها أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منها.
9. ميزة نظام الإرث
يخضع استخدامك لنظام الإرث للشروط التالية:
- نظام الإرث أداة تنظيمية فقط ولا يُعدّ وصية قانونية أو إقراراً بالميراث.
- أنت مسؤول عن دقة البيانات التي يطلع عليها الأحباء.
- لا تتحمل NebVault أي مسؤولية عن أي نزاعات تنشأ عن استخدام نظام الإرث.
- مساعد الإرث لا يقدم استشارات قانونية أو مالية.
- بمجرد تفعّل نظام الإرث ومنح الوصول للأحباء، لا يمكن التراجع عن هذا الوصول الممنوح (مع مراعاة فترة الاسترداد المحددة في سياسة الخصوصية).
⚠ نظام الإرث في NebVault لا يُغني عن الوصية القانونية أو الاستشارة القانونية المتخصصة في شؤون الإرث والتوريث.
10. إخلاء المسؤولية
تُقدَّم الخدمات "كما هي" دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. لا تضمن NebVault دقة بيانات الأسعار أو استمرارية الخدمة دون انقطاع. لا تُعدّ المعلومات المتاحة عبر الخدمات استشارة قانونية أو مالية أو ضريبية.
11. تحديد المسؤولية
لن تكون NebVault مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية أو تأديبية ناجمة عن استخدامك للخدمات أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامها. في جميع الأحوال، لا تتجاوز المسؤولية المجمّعة لـ NebVault تجاهك قيمة المبالغ التي دفعتها خلال الاثني عشر شهراً السابقة.
12. التعويض
توافق على تعويض NebVault ومسؤوليها وموظفيها وشركائها عن أي مطالبات أو خسائر أو أضرار تنشأ عن انتهاكك لهذه الشروط أو إساءة استخدامك للخدمات.
13. التعليق والإنهاء
يحق لـ NebVault تعليق حسابك أو إنهاؤه في حال انتهاكك لهذه الشروط، مع إشعار مسبق حيثما أمكن. يحق لك إنهاء استخدامك للخدمات في أي وقت بحذف حسابك.
14. التعديلات على الشروط
تحتفظ NebVault بحق تعديل هذه الشروط. سيُخطَر المستخدمون بالتغييرات الجوهرية قبل سريانها. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمات بعد الإشعار يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة.
15. القانون الحاكم وتسوية النزاعات
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين [الولاية القضائية — يُحدَّد]. أي نزاعات تنشأ عن هذه الشروط تُحسم وفق [آلية التقاضي أو التحكيم — يُحدَّد].
16. أحكام عامة
إذا تبيّن أن أي بند من هذه الشروط غير قابل للتطبيق، تظل سائر البنود سارية. تُمثّل هذه الشروط الاتفاق الكامل بينك وبين NebVault فيما يخص موضوعها.

1. Introduction & Acceptance
By using the NebVault app, website, or any of its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Definitions
Terms used in these Terms carry the same meanings as in the Privacy Policy, including: Account Owner, Loved Ones (Beneficiaries), Shared Legacy, Legacy System, and Legacy Assistant.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@nebvault.com.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
- A free plan is available with a maximum of 15 records.
- A Premium plan is available at 49 EGP/month or 399 EGP/year.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Payments for elapsed periods are non-refundable except where required by law.
- NebVault reserves the right to modify pricing with advance notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services in any unlawful or harmful manner, including:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Posting misleading or fraudulent content
- Attempting unauthorized access to our systems
- Disrupting or interfering with the Services
7. Your Content & Ownership
All data and assets you enter remain yours. By entering this data, you grant NebVault a limited license to process it to the extent necessary to provide the Services. You alone are responsible for the accuracy of this data.
8. NebVault's Intellectual Property
NebVault owns all intellectual property rights in the app, website, and Services, including logos, designs, and code. Using the Services does not grant you permission to copy, distribute, or create derivative works from these elements.
9. The Legacy Feature
Your use of the Legacy System is subject to the following terms:
- The Legacy System is an organizational tool only and does not constitute a legal will or inheritance declaration.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data that Loved Ones will view.
- NebVault bears no liability for any disputes arising from use of the Legacy System.
- The Legacy Assistant does not provide legal or financial advice.
- Once the Legacy System activates and access is granted to Loved Ones, that granted access cannot be undone (subject to the recovery period described in the Privacy Policy).
⚠ NebVault's Legacy System does not replace a legal will or specialized legal counsel on inheritance and estate matters.
10. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NebVault does not guarantee the accuracy of price data or uninterrupted service. Information available through the Services does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice.
11. Limitation of Liability
NebVault will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. In all cases, NebVault's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the preceding twelve months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify NebVault and its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
13. Suspension & Termination
NebVault may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with advance notice where possible. You may terminate your use of the Services at any time by deleting your account.
14. Changes to These Terms
NebVault reserves the right to modify these Terms. Users will be notified of material changes before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction — to be determined]. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through [litigation or arbitration mechanism — to be determined].
16. General Provisions
